Here's some things I came across and found useful. I'd like to share them with you. The numbers are in inverse order because I add new items to the top.

6) The Writer's Workshop at Authors Publish: https://authorspublish.thinkific.com/courses/ has some great stuff, I watched a video today of a writer talking about sound. There are courses to pay for, but there's also free interview/presentations from 2024 available under the name "The 2024 Lecture Series."

In screenwriting, dialouge is everything, it's how the story is told, and how information is revealed. Writing it is a craft. In poems, the opposite can be true, as the writer can reveal all kinds of things going on in silence. A poem can also be dialouge. Discuss.

Main Takeaways:
There is no "standard" to chase. Simply ask:
Does the reader know what's going on?
Do they feel what the character is feeling?
If yes, then persist.
It's about how the reader feels, not about wordsmithing.
